After-sales service

We offer one(1) year of warranty and lifelong technical support.

If the machines are being operated/used under instructions and properly and any of the parts breaks down within warranty period, we will send new parts for free.

Any of the issues/problems arises buyers can reach out to us for trouble-shooting solutions.

We will not be responsible for any of the following circumstances:

a. Machine breaks down due to improper use of the owner/operator after the machine is approved/accepted when it first arrives.

b. Damage from incorrect installation or deployment.

c. Damaged LCD/touch screen due to exposure to direct strong light.

We are online 12 hours/day * 5 days/week (8:00-20:00, Beijing Time) for after-sales support.
